Johnathan is a Personal Branding and Career Consultant with extensive experience in helping people advance in their career. Having a comprehensive knowledge of the recruitment industry as well as a background in education, he has proven strategies in helping people find the jobs they love through effective personal branding.
Johnathan helps people take control of their careers by teaching them how to discover, define, distil and skilfully articulate their unique and relevant industry skills and how they should position themselves in the market in order to advance their careers. He also runs group workshops and master classes in personal branding as well as individual coaching sessions.
Johnathan's role at General Assembly is twofold. He works closely with General Assembly students to prepare them for the workforce when they have finished their intensive courses in Web Development and User Experience Design. This includes career coaching, teaching them how to create amazing CV's and LinkedIn Profiles that really stand out from the competition, how to succeed in interviews and any other career assistance in in order to give them the best outcome when they study with General Assembly.
Using his extensive experience in IT and Digital Recruitment, he partners up with IT and Digital companies that are looking to hire people with skills in web development and user experience design. He then provides them with free access to his talent pools and matches up their requirements with the graduate students.
