Miss Ira Revels is a strategic management consultant specializing in Blockchain technology, with over 20 years of experience in art, tech, social impact, and digitization. Ira completed her consulting education at the Cornell University Johnson School of Management under the leadership of a McKinsey Consulting Principal. As a private advisor, she currently supports institutional and individual clients with their business development, impact investing, and digital transformation goals. With a focus on developing world-changing solutions, Ira has channeled her knowledge and experience into becoming a thought leader in the adoption of innovative technologies. Through her writing and speaking engagements, Ira continues to educate and inspire audiences on the potential of Blockchain technology to create positive social and economic impact.
Financial Analyst and Educator Raicheen Blanks is the CEO and Founder of The Worthonomics Company, which she founded in 2018. Her mission is to normalize women as investors by empowering them to become financially sound, stable, and responsible. Raicheen integrates her 10+ years of experience in money management, financial literacy, leadership development, process improvement, and business analysis to support women in meeting their financial goals. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Connecticut and went on to receive her MBA from Post University, as well as continuing her education at Harvard Business School, obtaining a certification in Alternative Investments.
Giving back to her community is vital to Raicheen. She serves as Co-Chair of Hartford HealthCare’s Black and African American Colleague Resource Group. She is a member of the Board of Directors at Community Health Services and serves as Treasurer on the Executive Committee. Raicheen is currently working on a fintech app that will enable users to manage their financial and insurance information on one platform. Raicheen’s goal has always been to empower women to focus on their personal growth and achievements, as well as the importance of financial literacy to understand how money works in efforts to become centered and live a life of gratitude and abundance.
