Vice President,
State Street Bank and Trust

Christina is currently a vice president at State Street Bank and Trust where she owns and manages the East Coast division of Collateral Management servicing. She is responsible for completing strategic projects and initiatives to positively impact the future structure and operations of her team. While fulfilling her responsibilities, she found that mentoring and coaching her direct reports fueled her desire to foster a work environment that would inspire employees to rise to their challenges and perform their best. She noticed that women specifically tend to face additional challenges in their psyche that they must overcome to excel in a corporate environment. She created a group called Ladies Leveling Up in Life to help women support each other in their efforts to grow and expand in this area. Christina is very excited to transition into a new career as a transformational coach using her 10+ years of corporate experience as a means to aid others in achieving their greatest goals.
