In 2021, Anthony Klotz, an American academic, predicted The Great Resignation wave. Millions of workers have left their jobs since.

In the height of the pandemic, many of us were encouraged to reflect on how much fulfillment and meaning existed in our lives, and were exposed to flexible working arrangements that enabled us to have more freedom and autonomy. The younger generation, and many others in the workforce, are looking for a new way to work – one that suits them and their needs.

Let’s be real: most people don’t stay in the same job forever. But what can you do in order to avoid future regret? Whether you’re looking for more growth in your career or simply need a change of environment, it’s important to examine what exactly is pushing you to want to quit, and whether resigning is the best step for you.

Join us in our webinar as we help you understand and identify your career direction. We’ll be discussing tangible steps you can take to make informed decisions about the next move in your professional journey. This is the best time and space for you to reflect on your career goals and outlook, and hopefully leave with no regrets!
