Dave Lynam has a background spanning 20 years in event ticketing and has been responsible for delivering digital products to the industry since 2010. In that time, Dave has managed products used during major sports tournaments such as the Olympic & Paralympic Games, UEFA European Championships and Commonwealth Games.
Currently, Dave is the founder of Kaizen, a company that provides product and operational advice to organisations in the sports and entertainment sector. They also supply ticketing software. He is a former GA student, taking both Front End Web Development and User Experience Design part time courses. Having enjoyed the GA experience so much, he joined the instructional team on the Product Management course in 2015.
In recognition of his exemplary service in the classroom, Dave has been selected as a member of General Assembly's Distinguished Faculty program.
Ana is a human-centred designer, with a passion for design education and design thinking.
She has worked in small start-ups as a UX design team of one, as well as in big corporations part of a big design team. Some of the brands she has worked for are Barclays, BT, Kurt Geiger and Nando’s.
Currently she is a design consultant, experimenting with Just in Time UX Design and understanding how you can add research and data driven decisions to fast paced digital product development projects.
She is passionate about design education and the power of design - design is not only for designers!
Patrick works as a Product Marketing Manager at Facebook and has over 5 years experience in product management. He previously worked at Government Digital Service (GDS) where he led Data and Insights teams on GOV.UK’s. Also, while at GDS he worked on across various areas such as helping international governments to reduce corruption and digitalising procurement services.
Before getting into product management, he worked in consumer growth marketing working in both telecommunication and agency-side.
Natalie is one of GA London’s Admissions Team, by day you will find her speaking with prospective students about up-skilling and life changing career decisions, and by night she will be most likely eating Japanese food or in the cinema.
She graduated from the University of the Creative Arts in Fashion Promotion, spending 4 years working in wholesale in the heart of the British Fashion Industry with clients such as Art Comes First, Spencer Hart Saville Row, Phoebe English and many more. She then took a different turn and spent 7 incredible years working for Apple. Last year she left her Business Account Manager role at Apple to pursue a long burning passion of hers; International Development.
Stationed on the Eastern Cape, South Africa she spent 3 months last year working on an International Youth Development project, focussing on tackling an extremely high Youth Unemployment rate. When returning to London she joined GA and has since been supporting our students with their exciting, and sometimes scary, career change opportunities.
Outside of work she will quite often be found sparking conversation around pressing issues in todays society; advocating for mental health awareness, and also the power of young people in today’s world.
