Steph is a human-centred design practitioner and coach delivering value-driven projects in strategic, service and experience design. A certified agile ScrumMaster with a combined background in internet science and sociology, Steph's experience includes: leading the Customer Experience Improvement Strategies for both the Cities of Boroondara and Port Phillip in Melbourne; the redesign of the Australian Department of Finance's staff intranet; delivering design thinking bootcamps for Singaporean government ministries; and conducting user research projects for New Zealand Customs and the City of Auckland.
