Kim Nicol
Executive Coach
You’re great at what you do and never have a shortage of ideas on how to break the status quo. You’re so good in fact, that you’ve been promoted into a leadership role. Finally!
The hardest part for most front line leaders isn’t managing the work itself—it’s managing the people! Between interpersonal conflicts, having to give tough feedback, and trying to inspire what feels like the most unmotivated employee on earth…there’s a lot of time, effort, and mental gymnastics required.
The good news is that you’ve been working too hard. In this interactive, thought-provoking, and fun workshop, you will learn the four most important leadership systems to put into place to inspire employees, increase engagement, and impact results.
You will walk away from this workshop feeling energized and equipped with practical tools and a step by step 90 day guide on how to implement what you learn.
