About this class

This course observes the nuances of culture in engineering teams and the impact on a company. Students will take away interviewing guides, learn who to hire, and determine when and how to terminate employees.

We review agile development strategies (Scrum and Kanban) by defining them and choosing the best path. Looking at innovation failures, we will learn what to watch before disaster strikes a product launch; documentation basics for growing teams and leading the charge of respectfully getting things done.

To close, we will examine how to scale your team and touch on the basics of budgeting for innovation.
