About this workshop

Emotional intelligence is a trait shared by most top performing employees, and is the bedrock of a strong self-concept and healthy relationships in the workplace. In this interactive training, we’ll learn how to unpack and express our own emotions, as well as understand and positively influence the emotions of those around us.

We’ll practice reading and responding to emotions in others, depersonalizing emotionally fraught situations, and employing empathy and mutual purpose to strengthen relationships and enhance teamwork.
