About this class series

If you’re in a profession where you need to pitch, sell, or present regularly, this is an opportunity for you to learn tricks of the trade and gain confidence in your abilities. In this class, we’ll go through the presentation process from start to finish. Beginning with understanding the importance of storytelling in business, we’ll cover a variety of story formats — including the high-concept pitch, elevator pitch, e-mail pitch, and standard presentation. You’ll discover the best practices for anticipating your audience, preparing your narrative, and practicing your delivery. You’ll conclude by preparing your very own pitch to present to the class.
