Gone are the days when a brand was simply a logo and a catch phrase. Social media is facilitating a two-way dialogue between customers and companies, both large and small. Customers can now interact with and directly shape their favorite brands.
This workshop will explore how users interact with brands online, and how businesses can deliver great content via Twitter and Facebook.
- Identify how individuals use Facebook and Twitter as social platforms
- Discuss how a clear and consistent voice is key to a successful content strategy
- Identify different methods of content delivery on Facebook and Twitter being used by popular brands
- Plan a digital content strategy using Facebook and Twitter as social platforms
PREREQS & PREPARATION
Students must have basic social media. Laptops are encouraged but not required.
