About This Workshop

This power-packed workshop introduces the concept of how an effective Go To Market (GTM) plan is thought through and designed. This is an essential process for start-ups or established businesses to deliver their unique value proposition to customers and achieve competitive advantage. We will cover the critical components of a GTM plan including; branding, value proposition, market segmentation and beachhead strategy, target customer personas, customer journeys, inbound content marketing, growth hacking tips and customer experience and delight. The bootcamp adopts a structured approach to creating a step-by-step GTM plan through proven concepts and fact finding processes.

The course is designed to benefit startups and entrepreneurs by providing deep and relevant insights and concepts that can be easily learnt and effectively applied.

  • How to identify a target segment/beachhead and attract this segment
  • How to design a customer persona and buyer journey for a target segment
