This is an essential process for start-ups or established businesses to deliver their unique value proposition to customers and achieve competitive advantage. We will cover the critical components of a GTM plan including; branding, value proposition, market segmentation and beachhead strategy, target customer personas, customer journeys, inbound content marketing, growth hacking tips and customer experience and delight. The bootcamp adopts a structured approach to creating a step-by-step GTM plan through proven concepts and fact finding processes.
