A ‘Value Proposition’ is simply a fancy way of saying ‘A Solution To a Problem’. When designing products or services, rather than relying on our intuition it’s the customer's problems that need to addressed.
This hands on workshop will first look at how to segment customers and from that identify the right segment to go after. It will also introduce the Value Proposition Canvas. The VPC is a tool that aids in capturing the core issues around understanding and finding customer problems and designing and validating potential solutions.
This class is ideal for people looking to start a new venture. product designers, service delivery professionals and UX designers.
