About This Event

We are a guru-free community of individuals passionate about telling stories effectively with data. Our free events are facilitated by community members and center around our values of practicality, diversity of perspectives, sharing resources, and cultural sensitivity. For the past year Professor Cairo has been on an international lecture tour about citizen data literacy. Join us and learn more about how we can identify misleading information and promote positive understanding.

One lucky attendee will even receive a free signed copy of Alberto's book The Truthful Art: Data, Charts, and Maps for Communication!

Thank you to our generous sponsors General Assembly, CATCH Intelligence, and Rocky Mountain Special Libraries Association.
