Passionate about helping managers to lead teams and teams to become more effective, Niki relocated to San Francisco in 2012 to help build the Learning + Organizational Development team at Twitter. Niki leads management development at Twitter and consults internally to design and facilitate custom learning experiences for managers and teams. She leverages the principles of the Twitter platform (public, real-time, conversational, distributed) when designing any learning experience for employees.
