No one is immune from a downturn, and quite often the worst of the worst is ahead of us, not behind us. Whether it’s related to partners, sales, or our products not being what we want it to be - the role of crisis in our lives can be very real and feel completely debilitating.
In this class, students will learn skills to maintain composure and a level head in times of crisis by breaking situations down and creating viable action plans. We will explore the difference between the rational and the emotional mind, and learn tools to help make smart decisions, ‘stop the bleeding’, and communicate clearly and precisely.
Students should be ready to explore a crisis situation that they are either involved in or anticipate in the future.
