About This Workshop

This is an introduction to how to us the most valuable communication commodity we have at our disposal - STORY. Our brains are hard-wired for processing stories. Stories provide the fuel to power the development of businesses, organisations and teams. Stories enable your brand to stand out from the crowd; help build relationships and trust; hire the right people; cement culture; get you noticed; capture what makes your company unique.

This workshop will give you an overarching and sound basis how to tell your story so it remains in the mind of the audience long after it’s told.

Ian Sanders is on a mission to get people fired-up so they can do their best work. Through workshops, presentations and one-to-one sessions, Ian brings his passion for doing things differently, creatively and energetically to inspire and engage others, whether that's for organisations, teams or individuals. Recently he's run sessions for organisations including The BBC, Microsoft, Thomas Cook Money, The Development Bank of Wales and Tektronix. Ian also runs his own unique coaching programme, Fuel Safari, helping senior executives uncover their stories and navigate change in their work lives. The author of four books on work and business (including ‘​Leap! Ditch your job, start your own business & set yourself free​’ and ‘​Juggle! Rethink work, reclaim your life’​), Ian has written regularly for the Financial Times and been a contributor to Monocle magazine’s podcast The Entrepreneurs. He’s spoken at events from SXSW Interactive in Austin Texas to Meet The Innovators at The Apple Store in London.
