Guy has worked in the creative industries for over 10 years. From graphic design to film production, from web development to digital marketing. He has been teaching courses and workshops with General Assembly since 2013.

Guy has combined his eclectic creative experience and a passion for food and drink and founded Sapling Digital, a digital consultancy specialising in content marketing for food brands. In addition, Guy and his partner run an online magazine about healthy, ethical and sustainable food for families. He's also a presenter on The Food Talk Radio Show which is broadcast live on Channel Radio in the UK and syndicated to a number of international radio stations.

In recognition of his exemplary service in the classroom, Guy has been selected as a member of General Assembly's Distinguished Faculty program.
