Barbara is a Customer Success Manager at PrizeLogic, one of the nation's top promotions agencies. She oversees the agency's largest client programs and is tasked with delivering ongoing and sustainable value for the agency and its clients. Her career spans 20 years in the agency world. Her passion in engagement marketing goes back 20 years to her career start in experiential marketing where she planned private rock concerts for the likes of the Goo Goo Dolls and 3 Doors Down for corporate clients and traveled around the country hosting backstage meet and greets for music acts sponsored by Miller Brewing Company. Seeing that after an amazing experience with a brand, a fan had no place to continue the conversation – and as social media extended beyond college campuses - Barbara traded her backstage passes for a role on the Interactive Team working on the Monopoly Game at McDonald’s, international promotions with Symantec and Kraft Foods and many more. That was thirteen years ago and she hasn’t looked back.
Barbara’s digital career has traversed digital consumer promotions for McDonald’s, Symantec, Kraft Foods, Nonni’s Biscotti, Discover Financial Services, Allstate, to social media campaigns for Kraft Foods, Saputo Foods, women-only athletic events, the Chicago Wolves and most recently Mizkan Americas, Family Dollar, AT&T, Clorox Brands, Nissan INFINITI and the National Football League. She served as the social media practice lead at Epsilon for five and a half years building the practice from small 5 figure projects to multi-million dollar engagements. In 2019, Barbara pivoted her career away from execution to a customer success role at PrizeLogic, an agency she has long admired. In this new role, she is applying the best practices of building departments, establishing strong partnerships with clients and driving digital product innovation.
Barbara holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and a Masters in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University. Additionally, she has earned a Certificate in Women in Leadership from Cornell University, a Design Thinking Certificate from MIT and a UX Design Certificate from General Assembly.
