About This Workshop

There are zillions of sites and apps begging for your attention--but how many effectively communicate and easily display the information you're seeking? The ones that work likely had a content strategist leading the way.

Digital content strategists work with editorial, user experience, strategy, copywriting and design teams to create content that reflects a company or publisher’s business goals.

Learn the basics of content strategy in the context of digital strategy and content marketing. In this workshop, we’ll review and create documentation that serve as the foundation for digital projects with impactful messaging and good storytelling.

By exploring content strategy methodology--including content auditing, curation, governance, testing and optimization-- you’ll learn skills that will make you a valuable asset to digital agencies, publishers and content aggregators and creators.

Jane Greenstein is the lead content strategist at Team One, a fully integrated advertising agency in Los Angeles. She has extensive experience implementing digital content strategies as well as producing content for automotive, entertainment and pharmaceutical companies including Lexus, Allergan, American Honda Motor Co., Leading Hotels of the World, and the Walt Disney Co. Jane recently obtained her Masters in Library Science from the University of North Texas and in a previous life worked as a journalist covering arts and entertainment.
