About This Class

The feeling of being an imposter is incredibly common with 70% of the population experiencing this feeling at some point in their lives. Going to work and worrying that you’ll be “figured out” is incredibly stressful and these feelings of low self-esteem don’t dissipate as you get more successful.

In this session, we will look objectively at self-beliefs and start to unpack the helpful from the limiting. We will establish simple techniques to help move away from polarising thinking and towards a more grounded, constructive viewpoint.

Participants will leave feeling more deserving and capable, with a clear picture of the areas they might have unhelpful beliefs, and a set of tools to use to ground these thoughts and beliefs in reality.

Takeaways

  • Learn skills to practice dissolving negative or fraudulent thoughts in the moment they occur, helping to boost self-esteem.
  • Develop self-awareness around which situations trigger your self-doubt stories and explore perception vs reality, confronting your inner imposter head-on.
  • Get clarity on where you may have been conditioned to feel self-doubt and mindfully choose how much you will let these factors impact your daily life.
