There's so much more to a website than meets the eye — without HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, websites would simply be boring, poorly formatted documents, and our digital lives, habits, and experiences? Non-noteworthy, if not nonexistent.

Whether you are a beginner who wants to get started in web development, a designer looking to hand-code their concepts, or a marketer seeking more control over their CMS — you'll need to know HTML, CSS and JavaScript to get the job done.

This Coding Fundamentals 1-Day Course is the quickest way to get started creating great web design. This interactive workshop will teach you to create meaningful website experiences through HTML, define a website's brand and image through CSS, and create user engagement and responsive elements through JavaScript.

This workshop is for beginners. No prior knowledge or experience required.

• Understand the fundamentals and describe the roles of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript programming language in web development.
• Employ principles of front-end code organisation and project structure.
• Create a well-structured HTML document using elements and attributes.
• Use CSS coding language to apply styles to an HTML document.
• Use JavaScript to respond to user interactions on a webpage.
• Build your own basic website from scratch.

• This class is taken completely online via Zoom and Slack.
