About This Workshop

Studies show we judge others - and their leadership abilities - by warmth and competence. If someone doesn't perceive you as warm and competent straight off the bat, it's likely they'll switch off when you talk, regardless of how brilliant you are at your job. Learn the fundamentals of charisma by helping others to see the real you through behaviours to build relationships based on respect. It's all about demonstrating your expert status by focusing on other people and their needs first.

Exercises:

The five fundamentals of what makes people charismatic
Trust Card Exercise (based on popular culture personalities) Behaviour audit: outline what behaviours you display in three different settings (as people judge us not on our intentions but on our behaviours)

    Rachel Service is the Founder of Happiness Concierge: a kick ass training company that helps people ace their work and lives.

    After suffering anxiety, depression and burnout in her 20's, she realised work was killing her and created Happiness Concierge to help other people be more impactful at work.

    Her training has helped individuals from PowerCor, Good Life Health Clubs, Reserve Bank of Australia, Young Leaders Organisation, General Assembly and WINK Models learn tactical ways to make a bigger impact at work.

    Based in Australia, Rachel travels regularly across Asia Pacific to create bespoke programmes for organisations, and also sits on the Advisory Board of Freelance Australia.
