Her broad range of experience includes extensive work in the NFP and Government sector, starting her own business, and learning what that freelance hustle life is like firsthand. With experience in building teams, growing businesses, and a deep understanding of the power of a personal brand and pitching, Huon is uniquely placed to support the General Assembly remote students to find and pursue their dream careers.
Claudia specialises in taking companies through change, helping them grow, and making sure they come out stronger on the other end.
A Pollenizer alumni, Claudia Barriga-Larriviere has been part of the startup ecosystem and helped build it from the very beginning. She a surgeon when it comes to startup strategy and getting the right team in the growth stages of a business. She is a talent intelligence and change management expert, working closely with startup founders to setup a human-centric culture right from the start. Named one of Sydney’s top ten startup mentors, Claudia is a growth advisor with a passion for innovative collaboration.
