About This Class

Whether you’re a CEO, CFO, COO, product manager, investor, or marketer, having a strong grasp of analytics and metrics is an essential tool to have at your disposal. In this class, you’ll learn how to use the right analytics to grow your business, motivate your team, and communicate a coherent story to stakeholders using hard numbers. You’ll learn about revenue modeling, analytics tool evaluations, marketing unit economics, metrics-driven activity prioritization, and stakeholder communication using metrics.

Due to the current health concerns, all GA short-form events, workshops & bootcamps will temporarily be held online - including this one.


Registered students will be notified 24 hours in advance of this program with information on how to log in to the Zoom Meeting Room and other tools you’ll need for the session. Registration for this class will close 2 hours prior to the session start in order to allow all students ample opportunity to have the technology enabled.

Preparation

  • You will need access to a laptop or computer with a working webcam and microphone as well as a strong internet connection.
  • This course will occur completely online using Zoom and Slack.
  • Course set up information will be emailed to all students signed up around 24 hours before (and again an hour before) your course launches.

Gopal Shenoy is a product management veteran with over 17 years of software industry experience leading teams that have launched successful products. His passion for product management made him launch his blog Software Product Manager (productmanagementtips.com) in 2007. He is currently Director of International Products at Care.com. Prior to Care.com, he worked in product management roles at Gazelle, OnForce, Salary.com and SolidWorks.
