Product management is 20% technical and 80% personal. Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are critical for product management since most of the time your ideas and products will be implemented by other people.
In this class, you will learn how to maximize your positive impact on others through effective interpersonal skills. We will role-play difficult situations and read case studies to best prepare you to handle difficult situations, influence others, develop credibility, solve problems and implement plans.
This class is perfect for product managers, professionals who work closely with product managers (e.g. engineers, designers, account managers,etc) and entrepreneurial teams.
This class will not address the technical aspects of product management, personas, wire-framing, road mapping, etc and will assume you have some knowledge of basic PM skills.
