Running a successful campaign and business requires a well laid-out strategy and plan. Setting realistic and flexible budgets, allocating resources, and executing on those actions gives you a step up in achieving that target goal.

In this workshop will go over the building blocks of a marketing plan, introducing the framework and essential content for a bespoke plan. We’ll look at the key aspects of marketing planning—whether digital or not—that investors and stakeholders want to see, and move on to creating our own marketing plans from scratch.

This workshop has been designed for B2C / SME businesses where marketing is the main driver of growth (as opposed to large-enterprise-businesses that are more sales-driven).

Please bring a laptop, notepad and pen.
