About This Class Series

Powering over 60 million websites on the Internet there is no better time to start learning the ropes of WordPress. The premiere blogging and content management system is perfect for those seeking an easy to set up and maintain blog.

In this three part workshop series you will be guided through the basic concepts of WordPress including general terminology, installation and configuration of your own blog. We'll then take a detailed look at the WordPress dashboard covering plugins, widgets and themes.

With an emphasis on the non-coder, we’ll look at premium resources that require little to no coding skills. We will also cover some key blogging and social media strategies that will help you get your blog off the ground and noticed online. By the end of the series, you will be comfortable with theming and would have tailored your live and dynamic site using Wordpress.

    Before attending session one please create an account on WordPress.
