About this workshop

Bots, conversational interfaces, and conversational commerce are the next disruptors. How will human computer interaction and natural language processing affect how we communicate and interact with the brands we know and love?

In this introductory class to chatbots, we will deliver a valuable primer on how brands and consumers will draw value from this wave of apps. You will also try your hand at building a chatbot in your Facebook page and take a look at the development of chatbots with code. This class will be perfect for marketeers, product managers, non-technical entrepreneurs and designers etc.

Prereqs & Preparation

Students do not need prior programming background. Students should come with an active Facebook account and bring a laptop with Chrome browser installed.
