About This Class

Learn about the latest iteration of the popular process used to validate ideas and solve big challenges for products; Design Sprint 2.0.

Design Sprints have been growing more and more in popularity since 2016, but like all processes - refreshing and updating it is essential. Enter Design Sprint 2.0, est. 2018.

In this short and sharp workshop, you'll learn the fundamentals of how to run Design Sprint 2.0, how it differs from the original version and the impact a well-executed Design Sprint can have on any product and business, from start-up to corporate.

By the end of the workshop, you'll have an understanding of the tools and process used to answer critical business questions through designing, prototyping and testing ideas with customers.

Andrew Hew is passionate about Agile, digital products and testing and learning directly from customers.

Andrew has worked as a Product Owner and Business Analyst in a variety of companies including Telstra, SBS and Woolworths. He has helped drive the creation of new and revamped applications that are used day to day by millions of Australians. Andrew has seen first hand how many companies struggle to get their ideas out from concept to the real world and is an advocate for the Design Sprint process since using it when he first heard about it 3 years ago.

In his downtime, Andrew enjoys watching sports, reading, swimming, snowboarding and travelling the world with his wife and 3 boys.
