About this event

Kick off your Friday morning with a fun, interactive workshop at General Assembly. Breakfast Bytes is a new morning series with short, 1-hour discussions to get your noggin noodling before the work day.

We’ll cover anything and everything from coding, to visual note taking, to public speaking! Grab a friend and your thinking cap, breakfast is on us.

About This Class:

This class is open to all yogis, from beginner to advanced. This practice will emphasize opening the shoulders, hips, and strengthening the core. We will integrate breath work with movement that will help focus the mind, open the body, and build strength in areas that need it most. A full-body workout that will ease stress, calm a busy mind, and bring lightness to the entire body. Get the blood flowing to some good tunes and take a break from the screen before getting your day started!
