Oscar Venhuis has instructed at General Assembly since 2015, providing advice to startups and enterprises on how to grow their business. At EQ Lab Oscar is exploring the role of extended intelligence and how collaborative practices lead not just to new practical knowledge, but to new abilities to create knowledge. These new abilities will allow decision makers and leaders to be more adaptive to disruptive and constant change. By adopting 'collaboration personas', instead of individual ones, Oscar is designing new interdependent virtual and physical collaborative methods that will lead to better cognitive performance at speed and at scale.
Oscar has previously worked with Nike, Star Wars, Prudential, UBS and teaches UXD for General Assembly while working remotely from Lamma Island in Hong Kong.
