Join us each Wednesday for a quick, 30-minute relaxation session over Zoom. Yvonne will guide us through simple actions that can help create a sense of mindfulness and ease. Activities vary each week, but include meditation, breathwork and stretches.
The meeting will start right at 12:30pm ET so please be on time.
