About this workshop

“Leaders become great not because of their power, but because of their ability to empower others.” - John Maxwell

Leadership is no longer about telling people what to do, it’s about inspiring your people to rally behind and achieve a common vision.

So how do you do it?

How do you get the balance right between clear guidance and autonomy? How you do you achieve a high level of performance without being a micromanager?

In this interactive workshop, we’ll walk through how you can articulate a unique vision with clear goals that simultaneously gives your team autonomy and creative freedom. We’ll show how you can coach, rather than micromanage your team to make the vision a reality through two critically important tools: powerful one-to-one conversations and radically honest feedback. At the end of the workshop, we’ll create a personal leadership roadmap to help you put your learnings into action.
