About This Workshop

Agile is a style of project management that has gained popularity in recent years due to its ability to uncover and remedy client expectations early as and deal with an evolving scope of work.

In this one-day bootcamp you will take a deep dive into best practises and discuss the real world application of the agile method. This is a brilliant opportunity to understand the tried and tested concepts as the hands-on workshop will cover agile principles and frameworks applicable to rapid project turnaround.

Your expert instructor will drive you through the Agile process from Vision to Daily planning and execution, while answering questions with real world experience.

  • Tips and what not to do with agile implementations

This workshop is highly interactive with group activities and discussions throughout. To participate you will need to:

  • Have your camera turned on for the entire session
  • Have an accessible microphone
  • Be in a quiet, well-lit space with minimal distractions
  • Strong internet connection

Simon Hilton is the Delivery Lead at Willow. He has had a broad experience across digital, working in Silicon Valley, London and Vanuatu but has always gravitated towards work that intersected between business and technology. His experience as a meditation teacher also gives him the patience needed to be a great project manager. Simon is also a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) and Professional Agile Leader (PAL1)
