As Managing Partner at Pitch Lab, Jay combines the seemingly disparate worlds of sales and comedy to help professionals be more confident, engaging speakers.

Kat Short is a Story Coach and the founder of Tell Your Damn Story. Storytelling is the golden thread that ties her life together. She has over a decade of experience working in diverse industries with diverse individuals to construct and express narratives through writing, speaking, marketing, operations, and design. Her writing has been featured on Wordpress's Freshly Pressed, MindBodyGreen, Elephant Journal, and SOMA Magazine. She is based in Denver, CO but travels the globe as often as possible to ensure that her story tank never runs dry.

As a Board Certified Coach, Kimberly facilitates insight and assists in unlocking the brilliance of each client through building trust and rapport, purposeful inquiry, imagining possibilities through reframing, and savoring each success. As Career Coach on the Denver campus, Kimberly serves emerging UX designers, software engineers, and data scientists, helping them to understand themselves, find meaning and purpose in their work, and launch their careers. Before joining GA, Kimberly served as Career Coach for over 900 STEM students at the University of Denver and spent six years in higher education.

Mandy Tang is the founder of Rose Gold Careers, a boutique career consulting firm for rising talent, senior executives, and senior creatives. Mandy has worked with hundreds of clients from the tech industry, fashion, entertainment, and more - including clients from organizations such as Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and Vogue. Mandy offers career coaching, career transition advisory, resume editing, LinkedIn profile editing, and interview prep.
Mandy received an MBA from Columbia Business School, a BA in Sociology from Brown University, and is a proud graduate of the International School of Beijing and Hong Kong International School. Mandy loves working with clients all over the world, from North America to Asia and Europe. Prior to starting her career coaching company, Mandy was the Chief Operating Officer of Fashion Tech Forum, the co-founder of a SaaS startup, and worked in digital marketing at American Express. Mandy currently resides in beautiful Denver, CO with her husband and two kids.
