During this two-day bootcamp, you will learn the fundamental skills to know how to use Power BI to build highly interactive visualization and dashboards form end to end; getting the data from various sources, data preparation, data cleansing, data modelling and relationships, adding measures and calculations, visualization, explore data and get insights and eventually purplish and share dashboards.
You will also learn about the emerging role of Citizen Data Scientist as defined by Gartner as “A person who creates machine learning model that use advanced diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive capabilities, but whose primary job function is outside the field of statistics and data science.
Gartner predicts that 40% of data science tasks will be automated by 2020 and as a result the number of Citizen Data Scientists will grow five times faster than the number of expert data scientists to fill the data science and machine learning talent gap caused by the shortage and high cost of data scientists. Citizen Data Scientists will surpass data scientists in the amount of advanced analysis produced.

By the end of Day 2, you will learn how to do modern self-service Data Science, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, AI and Cognitive Services in Power BI. You will better understand the role of Citizen Data Scientist and be able to build basic machine learning predictive models without extensive background in math, statistics, machine learning, data science, Python/R programming languages.
