Finding a mentor may sound intimidating, but it’s simpler than you might think. Take it from John Donahoe II, president and CEO of eBay Inc., who says he’s assembled more than 50 mentors over the years.
John recommends developing a professional relationship with a variety of people who can counsel you throughout your career. It doesn’t have to be formal–inviting them for a cup of coffee or casual lunch will do.
