By applying for this scholarship, Applicants acknowledge and agree to the following terms: No application is complete until all scholarship requirements have been received. Any space left unanswered will be considered an incomplete application. Incomplete applications will not be considered. All scholarships are subject to the availability of funds and based on the satisfaction of scholarship conditions. The amount and number of scholarship awards may vary at the discretion of the scholarship review committee based upon the number of scholarships awarded, and caliber of applications received. Scholarship funds are only applied to General Assembly tuition and fees. Any amount in excess of tuition and fees will be forfeited. The promotional offer by The Riveter for The Part-Timer coworking membership is separate from the Women In Tech Scholarship provided by General Assembly. The scholarship recipients will be put in touch with The Riveter to access the offer.
All applications must be received between 6:00 pm EST on 6/1/2018 (the Application Period) and 6:00 pm ET on 7/15/2018 (the “Application Period”). General Assembly’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Application Period.
In order to be eligible, entrants must be 18 years of age or older. In order to be eligible to win the scholarship, all candidates must meet the following criteria:

Two scholarships are available in Los Angeles for General Assembly’s Web Development Immersive course: Web Development Immersive ($14,950 tuition). The scholarship awards provide full coverage toward the price of tuition for program. All scholarships are subject to the availability of funds and based on the satisfaction of scholarship conditions. Scholarship funds may only be only applied to General Assembly tuition and fees. Any amount in excess of tuition and fees will be forfeited. The scholarship is available for any Web Development Immersive course launching on campus in Los Angeles July 1, 2018 through December 1, 2018. Candidates must intend to search for a role as a web developer in the greater Los Angeles area at the completion of the program.
This scholarship may only be awarded once per person and may only be used once per person. The scholarship may not be transferred to another course once the initially chosen course begins. The scholarship may not be applied retroactively if the student is already enrolled or a graduate of a General Assembly program. The scholarship may not be applied in conjunction with a General Assembly tuition credit. The scholarship may be forfeited if the student withdraws from the course, is proven not to be eligible, does not meet General Assembly’s graduation requirement or violates the Student Conduct policy as stated in the General Assembly Catalog.
